1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Skip the Line (Priority Processing): If you selected our "Skip The Line" option at checkout, your order will be prioritized at our fulfillment center and processed ahead of standard orders. Please note this upgrades processing priority, not carrier transit speed.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Tracking information typically activates within 48 hours of dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your package by your destination country. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If a package cannot be delivered or is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has stalled or if it has been more than 7 business days past your estimated delivery window and you still have not received it, please contact our support team at admin@infinitemarketplaceinternational.com.
We will initiate a carrier investigation to locate your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier.
