Please note that this speeds up the fulfillment time at our facility, not the actual transit speed of the shipping carrier.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our partner postal and courier networks. Severe weather events, peak holiday seasons, or localized customs processing delays may occasionally extend these timeframes.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order leaves our fulfillment center, a tracking link will automatically be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update and populate information on the carrier's portal.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Our store is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local brokerage charges assessed by the destination country's government. Any fees incurred during or after the customs clearing process are the sole operational and financial responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
Please review your shipping and contact information thoroughly before confirming payment. If a shipment is rendered undeliverable or is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling expenses required to resend the package.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information has completely stalled or if it has been more than 7 business days past your country's maximum estimated delivery window and you still have not received your package, please reach out to our customer support team immediately at admin@infinitemarketplaceinternational.com.
We will work directly with our global transit partners to initiate a formal investigation. Please note that our store cannot accept liability or provide replacements for packages that have officially been marked as "Delivered" by the local courier.
